Support Legacy and Samaritan workers

Local 49 members at two Oregon health systems are fighting for fair contracts that allow them to focus on quality patient care. During difficult times, our community needs to know that we can count on our local hospitals to continue to provide safe staffing levels and high-quality patient care.

Contracts for hospital workers at Legacy Good Samaritan in NW Portland and Samaritan Health Services hospitals in Albany and Corvallis expire June 30th.

There are two upcoming contract actions to support workers at these hospitals:

Samaritan Contract Unity Vigils: Tuesday June 30

2:30 – 3:30 pm at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center,
3600 NW Samaritan Drive, Corvallis

6:30 – 8:00 pm at Albany General  Hospital
1046 Sixth Avenue SW, Albany

11:30 am – 5:30 pm, rally at 4:30 pm
