Legacy Members Win a Strong Tentative Agreement!
GREAT NEWS! Working together as 1,100 members across Legacy, our elected bargaining teams at Emanuel, Good Sam, Randall, and Unity Center settled historic new tentative agreements with Legacy management!This means that our strike is canceled, and our next step is to vote to ratify our new contracts and lock in the incredible gains that we worked so hard to win!With well-deserved raises, healthcare subsidies, career advancement through our Education Fund, and strong new language around equity and anti-discrimination, we won on our top priorities to bring healthcare justice, economic justice, and racial justice to essential frontline healthcare workers.Times and locations for the ratification votes are below; it’s important that everyone come out to get details on our contract, ask questions, and vote!
