Kaiser: We Stood Together. We Held KP Accountable. And We Won More!

Because we stood together, fought back, and refused to accept less, Kaiser has committed to pay the 2024 PSP bonus at $1800 for full-time workers, prorated for part-time, paid out on the Friday, March 7 paycheck.

This victory didn’t come easy. Every day we showed up, working hard to improve patient care and reach our PSP goals—but Kaiser Permanente let us down again. They failed to uphold their promises, and if we had simply accepted that, we would have gotten far less. But that’s not who we are.

We don’t sit back—we fight.

This victory is proof of what we can achieve together as a Coalition.  Every email, every valentine delivered, every conversation with management—it all made a difference. Kaiser heard us loud and clear: frontline workers will not accept anything less than fairness and respect.

We’re proud of what we accomplished together as a Coalition. This win proves what we already know—our power is real, and when we take action together, we can change the outcome.

This is a win for all of us, but the fight isn’t over. We must continue pushing to ensure that PSP data is transparent, accessible, and timely so this never happens again. Partnership means accountability, and we’ll keep making sure Kaiser upholds their commitments.

What we do matters. What you did made the difference. And together, we will keep fighting for the fair treatment and respect that we deserve.
