Your bargaining team met with management last week and started bargaining for a contract that will:
RECRUIT highly skilled, talented, and experienced employees to work at MWMC.
RETAIN the amazing and dedicated workers already here at MWMC taking care of patients in our community.
IMPROVE STAFFING to keep patients and workers safe, prevent turnover and burnout.
WAGES, increase wages and compensation to be competitive with other health systems in the area.
