Laying Our Priorities Out on the Table

Last bargaining session we proposed wage increases, improvements to differentials, health insurance, retirement, education, and so much more to make sure that MWMC can attract and KEEP our employees!

  • Wage & Differentials: Improvements that will allow us to be competitive with other hospitals

  • Health Insurance: keeping premiums affordable and improving the premium stipend

  • Retirement: Protecting employees ability to contribute the maximum

  • Education: Joining the SEIU Education Fund to create new career advancement opportunities

After a day of bargaining today… we are STILL waiting for management’s first wage proposals. Management has committed to having wage proposals to present at our next bargaining session Tuesday, December 3.

We will be at the Chamber of Commerce, but you can still show our union power and unity by purpling up and wearing your buttons!
