Tentative Agreement Reached at McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center!
GREAT NEWS! We showed our solidarity, and it paid off. We bargained through the night, and on Saturday morning our bargaining team won a new tentative agreement with management.
Our next step is to vote to ratify our new contract and lock in the incredible gains that we worked so hard to win.
Our bargaining team is recommending a YES vote to accept this new contract.
